Eyelash Glue & Black Liner Pen
Black Eyeliner/Lash Adhesive
Step 1: Shake the liner pen, then apply the 2in1 liner/lash adhesive to your eyelids the same way you would apply eyeliner.
Step 2: Wait a few seconds to allow the adhesive to become tacky.
Step 3: Apply your eyelashes and allow it to dry.
Step 4: Put the top back on the lash pen between every application. The lash pen will dry out if the top is left off.
